— THE PROCESS
THREE STAGES.
ONE SHIRT.
HONESTLY DONE.
Every shirt in the LockerRoom goes through three stages before it meets you. There’s no factory, no supply chain, no shortcuts — just patient hunting, careful cleaning, and honest packing. Here’s how it works.
01
· SOURCED
Hunted down, one at a time.
Every shirt in the LockerRoom is tracked down individually from trusted sellers across the UK. No bulk orders. No factories. Just genuine kits with real history, bought with their own receipts and paper trails — so you know exactly what you’re getting.
Finding a proper one takes patience. A good shirt has a story: a photograph of the original owner in it, a dated matchday programme, a handwritten label inside the collar, a seller who can tell you where it came from and when. We take the time to piece that together before anything lands on the rail.
If it wouldn’t pass our own sniff test, it doesn’t make the shop. Simple as that.

02
· RESTORED
Cleaned up. Never changed.
Every shirt gets the full treatment — carefully washed, any marks worked on by hand, and checked stitch by stitch before it makes it to the shop.
We never repaint, reprint, or add anything that wasn’t there when the shirt left the factory. A little fading on a ’94 sleeve is thirty years of life — we’re not going to sand it off and sell you a lie.
What we do is make sure every shirt is the best honest version of itself. Clean. Inspected. Measured flat. Photographed in daylight, with any defects shown openly. That’s the trade.

03
· REHOMED
Off to its forever home.
Every shirt is a one-of-one. When it finds you, it’s yours — properly packaged, shipped from the UK, and retired from the search.
Each piece is listed once. When it sells, it disappears from the rail and we move on to the next hunt. No restocks, no "sorry, last one sold" disappointment — the whole LockerRoom is built around pieces that only exist once.
One more classic kit kept out of landfill and back in the game. Thanks for giving it somewhere to live.
